Marilou
Marilou is an AI scheduling assistant. With your permission, it connects to your Google Calendar to check when you're free and to create, move and cancel events on your behalf — that's the whole reason it asks for calendar access, and the only thing the access is used for. Anyone can email or text Mari, the assistant, to book time with you.
How Marilou Uses Google User Data
Marilou requests the following Google OAuth scopes, and uses each only as described:
- openid, email, profile — to sign you in and identify your account: your name, email address and profile picture. Nothing else is read at sign-in.
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar — requested only when you explicitly connect a calendar. Used to check when you are free and to create, move and cancel events on the calendars you connect, on your instruction. Calendars you mark "busy only" are read as opaque busy time; their event contents are never accessed.
Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train artificial-intelligence models. Marilou's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
